Anubhav Sinha’s IC 814: The Kandahar Hijack has emerged as the most-watched series on OTT for two weeks straight, according to a report published by Ormax Media.

The Netflix hijack thriller garnered 5.8 million views between September 2 and 8, while it also topped the charts in the previous week with four million views.

Vijay Verma, who plays a key role in the show, shared the Ormax report on X. “#IC814 leading the charts for 2 weeks straight ,” he wrote.

While IC 814 dominates the list, Amazon Prime video series The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power Season 2 claimed the second position with 4.4 million views. Ananya Panday’s web debut Call Me Bae, also streaming on Prime Video, came third with four million views.

The Ormax list of OTT viewership estimates is based on the number of Indian audiences (in million) who have watched at least one episode of a show or at least 30 minutes of a film on OTT.

SonyLIV series Taanav Season 2 secured the fourth spot in the Ormax report with 2.9 million views, while the direct-to-digital release of Fardeen Khan-Riteish Deshmukh’s Visfot on JioCinema ended up at fifth position with 2.3 million views.

Kay Kay Menon-starrer Murshid, which streams on ZEE5, climbed up from tenth rank last week to the sixth position with 2.1 million views. Nicole Kidman-starrer The Perfect Couple debuted at the seventh rank with 1.8 million views. The Netflix murder mystery series also stars Ishaan Khatter.

Cadets, currently streaming on JioCinema, garnered 1.6 million views, securing the eighth place for the show starring Tanay Chheda, Chayan Chopra and Tushar Shahi. SonyLIV’s Pehla Pyaar <1% Chance was down from the sixth place to the ninth position, receiving 1.5 million views.

Uorfi Javed-starrer Prime Video series Follow Kar Lo Yaar, which secured fourth place last week, crashed to the 10th rank with 1.4 million views this week.
