The final schedule for Housefull 5 shoot has begun, director Tarun Mansukhani announced on Wednesday, dropping a picture featuring the entire cast.
“Cruising through the last schedule of our cinematic journey! ⛵️5️⃣🌊 #SajidNadiadwala’s #Housefull5 Directed by @tarun_mansukhani,” Mansukhani wrote alongside the picture.
The picture features Akshay Kumar and Riteish Deshmukh, who have starred in all the instalments of the comedy series. Abhishek Bachchan, Fardeen Khan, Jacqueline Fernandez, Sonam Bajwa, Nargis Fakhri, Sanjay Dutt, Jackie Shroff, Nana Patekar, Chunky Pandey, Johnny Lever, Shreyas Talpade, Dino Morea, Chitrangada Singh, Ranjeet, Soundarya Sharma and Nikitin Dheer also appear in the photo.
Housefull 5 is set to bring back the franchise’s trademark mix of slapstick comedy and grand sets. Directed by Tarun Mansukhani, the film is slated to release on June 6, 2025.
The first Housefull movie, directed by Sajid Khan, released in 2010. It featured Akshay Kumar alongside Jiah Khan, Arjun Rampal, Jacqueline Fernandez, Lara Dutta and Chunky Panday.
The sequel, also directed by Sajid Khan, came out in 2012, followed by Sajid-Farhad-helmed Housefull 3 in 2016 and Farhad Samji’s Housefull 4 in 2019.
