The music video Dekhechhi rupshagore, featuring Ditipriya Roy and Dibyojyoti Dutta, celebrated the essence of first love. This reprised version, produced by SVF Music, was rearranged by Arindom, and sung by Bangladeshi sensation Mahtim Shakib. The video depicted a love story — between Durga and Satyen played by Ditipriya and Dibyojyoti respectively, — hidden from the world outside in the tiny hamlet of Sarat Pally.

SVF Music continues the journey initiated by Dekhechhi rupshagore with the eagerly awaited sequel, Hey shokha. The new video, set to release on February 14, promises to be a musical treat following the success of its predecessor.

Building upon the poignant conclusion of Dekhechhi rupshagore, which left fans yearning for closure, Hey shokha puts Satyen (portrayed by Dibyojyoti Dutta) and Maya (portrayed by Anushka Goswami) into the spotlight, exploring their lives after Durga’s departure from Sarat Pally.

At its core, Hey shokha (sung by Somlata) delves into Satyen’s internal struggle — whether to embrace Maya or rekindle his bond with Durga — driving the narrative forward with compelling storytelling and emotive music. “The song celebrates Tagore and Hey shokha brings us back to the rock/power ballad sound with some soft, sweet Georgian voicing,” said music director Arindom, who had also led The RNT Project, which is a compilation of 10 Rabindra Sangeet. Arindom, along with a group of skilled musicians from around the world, combined international sounds with Tagore’s compositions to create something exceptional. The fusion of classical sitar, cello, Spanish percussion, clarinet, guitar, and electronic production created an international sound.
