Three new shows — the mega serial, Adalat O Ekti Mei, the musical reality show Akashe Superstar, and Teen Bhubaner Pare, the new story in Sahityer Shera Somoy series — have been launched on Aakash Aath.
“We are consistently striving to provide our audience with the highest level of entertainment, and their unwavering support serves as a constant source of motivation for us to come up with exceptional creations. We are launching three exciting new shows. We are optimistic that the audience will enjoy these new television programmes,” said Priyanka Surana Bardia, director, Aakash Aath.
Teen Bhuboner Pare in Sahityer Shera Somoy is being directed by Suman Ray. The series features Parantik Banerjee as Montu and Deepsheta Mitra as Swarashi in the lead. Montu tries hard to impress Swarashi but she dislikes his unstable lifestyle and rejects him. Montu is someone who has barely done his schooling and enjoys his life with the bare minimum. Swarashi being an erudite person tries to change his life.
“Reviving such an exemplary work on the television screen is undoubtedly a challenging task for everyone but the team of Teen Bhubaner Pare is finely chosen and all the actors in the respective roles are highly dedicated and talented. When we both were offered the lead roles it surely came across as a challenge to portray such iconic characters before the television audience but at the same point it is going to be a memorable journey for both of us. To be able to bring back Montu and Swarasi’s love story and the sacrifice they made to make their love triumph over every impediment is a true honour for both of us,” said actors Prantik Banerjee and Deepshweta Mitra from Teen Bhubaner Pare.
“In Adalat O Ekti Mei the character of Durga Soren is an ambitious and proficient lawyer, who aligns with the ethnic identity of a tribal woman. The aim is to inspire many other women, especially from the marginalised communities, to speak up for their rights and fight for justice, as they become aware of the story of Durga Soren,” said Konkona Halder.
Adalat O Ekti Meye tells the story of Durga Soren. Her two pillars in this journey are Munna Bhai a rising local don on one hand and a group of orphan children. The story highlights how a person can always raise their voice against oppression.
