Hrithik Roshan, Deepika Padukone and Anil Kapoor turn fighter pilots of the Indian Air Force in Siddharth Anand-helmed aerial action film Fighter’s new motion poster, dropped on the 77th Independence Day on Tuesday.
The 57-second-long video begins with three fighter planes moving in a formation through clouds before introducing Hrithik Roshan, Deepika Padukone and Anil Kapoor in olive green flight suits. Backed by a high-energy rendition of Vande Mataram, the poster also confirms that the film will arrive in theatres on January 25, 2024.
“#SpiritOfFighter | Vande Mataram! See you in the theaters on the eve of India’s 75th Republic Day. Fighter releases worldwide on 25th January 2024.” wrote Hrithik Roshan, sharing the video on Instagram.
Earlier in July, Deepika had shared a still of Hrithik from the film on Instagram with the caption, “What do you think I call him(in the movie)? #Fighter #25Jan2024.”
Earlier last year, Viacom 18 Studios, which is bankrolling the project, had shared a teaser along with the release date and cast announcement.
Helmed by War and Pathaan director Siddharth Anand, Fighter is produced by Siddharth Anand, Mamta Anand and Kevin Vaz in association with Viacom 18 Studios.
