Actor-director Arbaaz Khan completely supports the MeToo Movement, and said it’s time women have a safe, good and friendly atmosphere at the workplace.
Arbaaz, busy promoting his Friday release Jack and Dil, said: “I hope the movement is not misused or becomes an agenda for people. They should not make it a motive. The social platforms are also being misused. People have created a volatile atmosphere.... they are not giving them a chance to talk. Both parties must be given a chance to talk and put out their versions of the story since it deals with their work and career. I don’t know what the fallout will be. If someone is accused and he is proved then it’s okay but if he is not proven what action will be taken. It should not be one-sided,” he said, hoping that no innocent becomes the victim of the movement.
“A person who accuses should not say that he or she did it to teach him or her a lesson. They should be careful of their accusations.”
