Actor Fahadh Faasil posed with Amitabh Bachchan and Rajinikanth on the sets of their upcoming film Vettiyan on his 42nd birthday, shows a picture dropped by Lyca Productions on Thursday.

In the picture, Fahadh sports a red printed shirt and black pants, while Bachchan and Rajinikanth twin in black. Both the veteran actors place their arms on Fahadh’s shoulders. The Malayalam actor turned 42 on Wednesday.

“Our Birthday Boy Fahadh Faasil with the two pillars of Indian cinema, Superstar @rajinikanth & Shahenshah @SrBachchan from the sets of #Vettaiyan,” the production banner wrote alongside the picture on X.

Also starring Rana Daggubati, Ritika Singh, Manju Warrier, and Dushara Vijayan, Vettaiyan is slated to release in October.

To celebrate Fahadh’s birthday, Pushpa 2 makers also shared the first-look poster of the actor from the film. “Team #Pushpa2TheRule wishes the stellar actor #FahadhFaasil a very Happy Birthday. Bhanwar Singh Shekhawat IPS will be back with a bang on the big screens. #Pushpa2TheRule Grand release worldwide on 6th DEC 2024,” production house Mythri Movie Makers wrote alongside the poster on X.

Fahadh, who plays the role of a man named Bhanwar Singh Shekhawat in Pushpa 2, dons a bald look and sports rural clothes in the poster. Sporting black shades, he wields an axe in one hand and a gun on the other.

Starring Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna in lead roles, Pushpa 2, a sequel to the 2021 film, is slated to hit theatres on December 6.
