Netflix on Monday dropped a new teaser for the third season of Fabulous Lives vs Bollywood Wives, promising a face off between Mumbai-based Bollywood wives and their Delhi counterparts.

“This season, it’s all about the fabulous rivalry between Delhi and Mumbai. Fabulous Lives vs Bollywood Wives arrives on 18 October only on Netflix,” reads a post from the official Instagram page of the streamer.

Previously known as The Fabulous Lives of Bollywood Wives, the rebranding to Fabulous Lives vs Bollywood Wives highlights a thematic shift in the show. The upcoming season is a clash of personalities and lifestyles between the Bollywood celebrities — Maheep, Neelam, Bhavana and Seema — and their Delhi counterparts — Riddhima, Shalini and Kalyani. The rivalry between them will serve as the backdrop for the rebranded show, slated to hit Netflix on October 18.

Maheep tied the knot with actor Sanjay Kapoor in 1997, and the couple have two children together — Jahaan and Shanaya Kapoor. Known for films like Aag Hi Aag (1987), Paap Ki Duniya (1988) and Khatron Ke Khiladi (1988), Neelam exchanged vows with actor-director Samir Soni in 2011. The couple have a daughter named Ahana. Bhavana is married to Chunky Panday, and their elder daughter, Ananya Panday, is an actress known for Kho Gaye Hum Kahan (2023), Call Me Bae (2024) and CTRL (2024). Bhavana’s younger daughter is Rysa Panday. A fashion designer by profession, Seema parted ways with actor-producer Sohail Khan in 2022 after 24 years of marriage. They have two sons — Nirvan and Yohan.

Riddhima is the wife of Bharat Sahni and the sister of Bollywood star Ranbir Kapoor. Shalini is the spouse of PASCO Group chairperson Sanjay Passi, while Kalyani is the ex-wife of entrepreneur and business professional Vishal Chawla.

Produced by Karan Johar, the reality show, which offers a glimpse into the lives of Bollywood wives, first premiered on Netflix in 2020. The first two seasons of the show featured guest appearances by Bollywood celebrities Shah Rukh Khan, Gauri Khan and Ranveer Singh.
