A new action-adventure film produced by Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani’s Excel Entertainment and Harman Baweja’s Baweja Studios is in the pipeline, the makers announced on Wednesday.

The two studios are already working in collaboration on two projects, making this the third project they are working on together. Though no names have been announced for any of the projects, the makers have shared that the other two films are a courtroom drama and a vigilante action series.

In a joint statement, Farhan and Ritesh said, “Teaming up with Baweja Studios, we align our shared dedication to great storytelling. Our collaboration is focused on bringing together our unique perspectives and creating an exceptional cinematic experience for our audiences everywhere.”

“With our constant vision of creating impactful and innovative content across all genres, we are thrilled to extend our collaboration with Excel Entertainment. Our upcoming project is going to be a high-octane film, poised to deliver an extraordinary cinematic experience for our audiences. We look forward to beginning this journey soon,” said Harman, who recently made his OTT debut on the Netflix series Scoop in 2023.

The details of the cast and director for the action-adventure is yet to be announced.
