Emily in Paris star Lily Collins has dropped first-look pictures from the upcoming fourth season of the Netflix romcom series featuring Ashley Park, Lucas Bravo, Camille Razat, Bruno Gouery and Samuel Arnold. Here’s a look.
Collins, who plays the titular role in the series, walks down a Parisian street dressed in a hooded shearling coat and a black sailor’s cap. Season 4 of the romantic comedy show is slated to stream on Netflix in two instalments — Part I on August 15 and Part II on September 12.
Clad in a yellow ensemble, Collins poses with her on-screen best friend Ashley Park. Park looks gorgeous in a blue mini dress, metallic boots and a beaded shoulder bag. In the series, Park plays Mindy Chen, a quick-witted nanny and aspiring singer who becomes Emily’s first friend in Paris after they cross paths in a park. Season 3 ends with Mindy making a dramatic appearance at Camille (Camille Razat) and Gabriel's (Lucas Bravo) engagement party, shortly before she is left stunned by Camille’s revelation.
Collins sports a fur coat, fur cap and black wayfarers on the set of the upcoming instalment. The show follows marketing executive Emily Cooper’s struggles to adjust to the Parisian way of life as she grapples with career, romance and friendships.
A candid shot shows Collins enjoying a drink with Lucas Bravo. The dramatic finale of the last instalment makes Emily’s enduring love for Bravo’s Gabriel evident. In fact, Camille shocks everyone in the final episode of Season 3 by refusing to go through with her marriage with Gabriel, even though she is pregnant with his child, as she believes that Gabriel and Emily are in love and should be together.
Razat is set to return as Camille in the fourth season of the show.
Looking gorgeous in a cobalt blue pantsuit, Collins’s Emily walks past a house adorned with ferns and fruits.
In addition to Razat, Bravo and Park, Lucien Leon Laviscount is set to reprise his role from the previous instalments. Laviscount plays Emily’s former boyfriend Alfie, who broke up with her in Season 3 after realising that she was still in love with Gabriel.
In one of the pictures, Collins rocks an ombre faux fur coat, while in another she sports a black and white wool jacket with feathered cuffs and Victorian-style buttons. Underneath, she opts for a black-and-yellow chequered dress and a ruffled shirt. A yellow bowtie complements her vintage ensemble.
A teaser dropped by the makers of Emily in Paris on May 3 promised the return of Samuel Arnold (Julian) and Bruno Gouery (Luc).
