After spending a day with students at a Mumbai school during his India visit as part of The Mathematics Tour, singer-songwriter Ed Sheeran met actor Ayushmann Khurrana at the latter’s house and danced to the Telugu song Butta Bomma with singer Armaan Malik at a party, show pictures and videos shared on social media.

“A Polaroid keepsake from my time with Ed ❤️. Great meeting you, @teddysphotos,” Ayushmann wrote alongside a polaroid showing the duo together.

In the picture, the Dream Girl 2 actor sports a black jacket with polka dots and strikes a pose with Sheeran, who went for a casual look in a white t-shirt. The picture was reportedly taken at Ayushmann’s house.

After catching up with Ayushmann, Sheeran partied with Main Rahoon Ya Na Rahoon singer Armaan Malik, who had previously collaborated on a 2022 version of the former’s song 2Step.

A video shared by Malik, which is currently doing the rounds on social media, shows him teaching Sheeran the hook steps of the 2020 song Butta Bomma from the Telugu film Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo. At the end of the video, Malik and Sheeran recreated Shah Rukh Khan’s signature arms-stretched-out pose.

“Favourite person in my city ❤️ @teddysphotos,” Malik captioned the video on Instagram.

Sheeran is set to perform in Mumbai’s Mahalaxmi Race Course on March 16 as part of his ‘+ - = ÷ x Tour’, also called The Mathematics Tour.

The ongoing ‘+ - = ÷ x Tour’ is Sheeran’s fourth tour. Spanning across three continents with 89 shows, the tour started on April 23, 2022 in Dublin, Ireland, and is scheduled to end on September 8 in Larnaca, Cyprus.
