Dunki song Lutt Putt Gaya, featuring Shah Rukh Khan and Taapsee Pannu, has garnered 33 million views on YouTube in the last 24 hours and is currently trending at No. 1 on YouTube Music.
Taking to Instagram on Thursday, Red Chillies Entertainment shared that Lutt Putt Gaya crossed 30 million views on YouTube alongside a reel of the music video that shows Shah Rukh with his iconic arms-stretched-out pose. “30 Million Views and counting! Thank you for letting your hearts go Lutt-Putt over the tunes of romance in Lutt Putt Gaya,” they wrote in the caption.
Shah Rukh’s wife, Gauri Khan, also shared the reel on her Instagram handle with the same caption an hour later.
Dropped on Wednesday by the makers, the first track from Rajkumar Hirani’s upcoming comedy-drama gives us a glimpse of Shah Rukh’s Hardy and his friends as they turn serious obstacles into hilarious hurdles. It also shows the beautiful chemistry between Hardy and his lady-love Manu (played by Taapsee) Manu as they prepare themselves to realise their long-cherished dream of visiting the UK.
Also starring Boman Irani, Vicky Kaushal, Vikram Kochhar and Anil Grover, Dunki is the first collaboration between Hirani and Shah Rukh. It is slated to hit the theatres on December 21.
