Sunny Deol’s son Rajveer Deol is set for a Betaab-style Bollywood debut along with Poonam Dhillon’s daughter Paloma as they find love in each other after suffering heartbreaks in the trailer of Rajshri Productions’s upcoming romantic drama Dono.

Sparks start flying when Rajveer’s Dev meets Paloma’s Meghna at the wedding of a former flame in the two-minute-51-second-long trailer, dropped on Monday.

We learn that Dev has been in love with the bride for a long time and decided to reluctantly attend her wedding, while Meghna has recently broken up with her boyfriend of six years. The clip also gives a glimpse of the duo’s unexpected meeting, showing how they eventually end up finding solace in each other.

“Drum roll! The wait is finally over; Dono trailer out now…,” wrote Rajshri Productions on Instagram alongside the trailer.

The official description of the trailer reads, “Welcoming back the innocence of love with two strangers who have one destination.”

Directed by filmmaker-producer Sooraj Barjatya’s son Avnish S Barjatya, Dono will be released in theatres on October 5.
