Birthday message for t2: I hope the pandemic barriers break and brings us together face to face soon to celebrate t2’s birthday bashes again... I wish, hope and luck to you all!
Fave t2 party memory:My most favourite part of the night would be the closing 30 minutes which was the melting point of guests from all walks of life of good old Calcutta who would let their hair down to dance like no one’s watching them. The opening hours would be either chill-out house music or English retro sessions but in the end one could actually see the celebrities and guests letting their guards down and just be themselves!
t2 party means... : I have been DJing at most of t2’s birthday bashes and it’s been like an event in my diary that I would look forward to. From old Shisha
(2004-2012) to t2 @10 celebrations at Taj Bengal, it’s been a long association with the team and the party.
Most requested songs: There is no particular song but yes, a retro Bollywood set towards the closing would do the trick of getting all of them on the dance floor that includes Team t2 members too! Amitabh Bachchan tracks and Madonna’s Like A Prayer did really well.

Birthday message for t2: Congratulations Team t2 on completing the milestone of 15 fabulous years. I have had some very fond memories and a fantastic association with it ever since t2 has been launched. Being supportive and covering a lot of my events, it has given me great exposure to my Calcutta followers who are fond of my music. I am and will always be grateful to it for featuring me so many times for all my big events as well as my articles and stories of the celeb weddings that I have done over the years. This has played a huge role in my success as a DJ as well has given me great exposure and bigger work opportunities.
Fave t2 party memory: I have some wonderful memories of playing at the t2 anniversary bash in 2019. Huge crowd, brilliant decor, F&B, hospitality, everything was top notch. It goes without saying that it always has the niche crowd and it is a delight for a DJ to play a part at such a prestigious event. I started off with English retro and moved on with hip hop, followed by international commercial music and, of course, the Bollywood remixes. Another memorable t2 party was the one at Myx in 2015. Since I am a co-owner of the venue, it was sheer delight for me to be a venue partner for the anniversary bash of t2. The entire top four floors were super packed and it was a night that many would still remember as it had red as a theme!
Most requested songs: There were a lot of requests for the ’80s set that night, so I did everything from ABBA to Boney M and from Madonna to Michael Jackson.

Birthday message for t2: Happy happy birthday to t2 and I wish it grows in leaps and bounds every year. I cannot think a day without reading t2, it’s like family that is constantly there with us. All the best!
Fave t2 party memory: Everything is memorable. There is not a moment which I can forget. It’s really special to play for t2 as it feels like one is playing for the family. I still remember that moment when everyone kept saying “One more” and they didn’t wanna leave. The Tolly brigade was unstoppable and each one was like: “Bro you can’t stop playing… at least one track for me ...” (laughs)
t2 party to you means… : As I say t2 means family, so automatically t2 party is something we look forward to. Every year the theme, decor and specially the warmth from the team makes it a dream party to look forward to.
Most requested songs: I have been attending t2 parties and I believe people just come to party and let their hair down. Right from Bollywood to commercial English to English retro, everything is requested. I Want to Break Free, Subah hone na de, Suit, Taki taki, Ghungroo and Makhna were some of the most requested tracks.
