Veteran actor Dharmendra on Sunday showered praise on his son Bobby Deol for the latter’s performance in the Ranbir Kapoor-starrer Animal, sharing a short note and a character poster of the 54-year-old actor from the Sandeep Reddy Vanga directorial.
“My, Talented Bob 💕💕💕💕💕💕🧿,” Dharmendra wrote on Instagram.
Dharmendra’s praise for Bobby came on the heels of Sunny Deol’s appreciation for his younger brother. Sunny had taken to Instagram a day before Animal’s release on December 1 to extend his support to Bobby.

2023 has turned out to be a landmark year for both the Deol brothers as they have come out with blockbusters. While Sunny starred in Anil Sharma’s Gadar 2, which arrived in cinemas on August 11, Bobby is currently basking in the success of Animal.
Dharmendra and Hema Malini’s daughter, Esha Deol, also lauded Bobby for his performance in Animal in her Instagram Stories.
Animal, starring Ranbir Kapoor and Anil Kapoor, revolves around a toxic father-son relationship. Based on a revenge drama with Bobby playing the main antagonist, the film also stars Rashmika Mandanna and Tripti Dimri.
