Dhanush-starrer Captain Miller set to arrive on Prime Video next week

Helmed by Arun Matheswaran, the Tamil-language epic action-adventure movie released in theatres on January 12

Dhanush-starrer Captain Miller, a triumph-of-the-underdog story from director Arun Matheswaran, is set to stream on Amazon Prime Video from February 9, the streaming platform announced on Friday.

“What makes a soldier go rogue? The answer lies in Miller’s journey,” the streaming platform wrote on Instagram alongside a poster of the film.

Set in the pre-Independence era, the Tamil-language epic action-adventure movie hit theatres on January 12. It explores how a rebellious Captain and his unconventional outlaws execute daring heists to fight against issues of caste discrimination and oppression. The film features an ensemble cast of Shiva Rajkumar, Priyanka Mohan, Elango Kumaravel, Aditi Balan, John Kokken, Edward Sonnenblick and Vinoth Kishan.

Produced by Sathya Jyothi Films, the film grossed Rs 104.79 crore at the global box office. Dhanush’s next film starring Rashmika Mandanna, tentatively titled D51, will go on the floors this month.
