Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone stunned in a Sabyasachi couture sari and custom jewellery while presenting the award for the best non-English film at the 77th British Academy Film Awards (BAFTA) in London’s Royal Festival Hall on February 18.

In her speech, the Fighter actress underlined that the category honours incredible stories depicting real and imaginary worlds, which leave a long-lasting impact on the viewers. The award was clinched by director-screenwriter Jonathan Glazer for the 2023 Polish historical drama film The Zone of Interest. The other nominees in the category included 20 Days in Mariupol, Anatomy of a Fall, Past Lives and Society of the Snow.

Deepika took to Instagram to share pictures of her gorgeous ensemble.

The 38-year-old actress turned heads in a golden sequined sari paired with a strappy blouse. Minimalistic earrings, a messy bun and nude makeup with a dash of kohl balanced her look.

Pictures of Deepika’s outfit were also shared by the luxury fashion house on their Instagram.

On the work front, the actress is set to star opposite Prabhas in Nag Ashwin’s epic science fiction film Kalki 2898 AD, scheduled to hit theatres on May 9. Deepika will also join Rohit Shetty's Cop Universe franchise for Singham Again, an adrenaline-pumping sequel to the 2014 actioner Singham Returns. In the film, the Jawan actress will share screen space with Ajay Devgn, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Arjun Kapoor, Jackie Shroff, Akshay Kumar, Ranveer Singh and Tiger Shroff.
