Actress Deepika Padukone has become Hyundai India’s global brand ambassador, the Korean automaker announced on Friday.
“We welcome the global icon @deepikapadukone to the Hyundai family. Fasten your seatbelts for an ultimate drive!” wrote Hyundai India on Instagram alongside a picture of Deepika posing with a car.
In the picture, Deepika looked gorgeous in a black shoulder-slit dress as she stood in front of a Hyundai car. The Piku actress shared the post on her Instagram stories but did not caption it.
Deepika kickstarted her 2023 journey with the Sidharth Anand directorial Pathaan alongside Shah Rukh Khan. She will be collaborating with the director again in 2024 on Fighter, which also stars Hrithik Roshan, Anil Kapoor and Karan Singh Grover. She will be playing Squadron Leader Minni in the aerial action thriller, which will be arriving in theatres on January 25, 2024.
The 37-year-old actress also has Nag Ashwin’s upcoming film Kalki 2898 AD in the pipeline. She will star alongside Baahubali actor Prabhas, Amitabh Bachchan, Disha Patani and Kamal Haasan in that movie. Deepika will also be seen in Rohit Shetty’s Singham Again alongside Ajay Devgn, Ranveer Singh, Tiger Shroff and Akshay Kumar.
