DD Returns
The official trailer of the upcoming Tamil-language horror comedy film DD Returns came out on Thursday via Think Music India. Directed by S. Prem Anand and produced by C. Ramesh Kumar, the film stars Santhanam, Surabhi, Redin Kingsley, Maran, Pradeep Rawat, Masoom Shankar and Fesi Vijayan.
The two-minute-27-second-long trailer begins with the view of a haunted bungalow. When a group of humans get trapped inside the house, they must win a quirky challenge thrown down by ghosts to get out of the bungalow.
DD Returns will hit theatres on July 28.

The Witcher Season 3 Vol 2
Netflix dropped the official trailer for its upcoming series The Witcher Season 3 Vol 2. Created by Lauren Schmidt Hissrich for Netflix, the show stars Henry Cavill, Anya Chalotra, Freya Allan, Eamon Farren, Joey Batey, MyAnna Buring and Royce Pierreson.
The two-minute-long trailer shows glimpses of Henry Cavill’s last ride as Geralt of Rivia, who now understands ‘fear for the first time’. We see Geralt accepting Yennefer of Vengerberg (Anya Chalotra) and Ciri (Freya Allen) as his destiny and unleashing terror to protect his daughter from evil forces.
The Witcher Season 3 Vol 2 will be streaming on Netflix from July 27.

The Pod Generation
The trailer of the upcoming science fiction romantic comedy film The Pod Generation was released by the makers on Thursday. Written and directed by Sophie Barthes, it stars Emilia Clarke, Chiwetel Ejiofor, Rosalie Craig, Vinette Robinson and Jean-Marc Barr.
The two-minute-44-second-long trailer introduces us to a futuristic New York. See meet a couple — Rachel and Alvy— who use technology to start their family.
The Pod Generation will arrive in cinemas on August 11.

Gole Male
Panorama Music dropped the song Gole Mae from the film Trial Period on Friday. Written and directed by Aleya Sen, the film stars Genelia Deshmukh, Manav Kaul, Shakti Kapoor, Sheeba Chaddha, Gajraj Rao, Swaroopa Ghosh, Barun Chanda and Zidane Braz. Sung by Shreya Ghoshal, Dev Negi and Kaushik-Guddu, this new rendition of the evergreen Bengali-language Baul song is recreated by Kaushik-Guddu.
In the three-minute-six-second-long video, we see Genelia Deshmukh singing the song with an Ektara at a house party while Manav Kaul’s character is gushing over her.
Trial Period will stream free on Jio Cinema from July 21.
