Speeding vehicles overturn and bullets rain as Vidyut Jammwal and Arjun Rampal lock horns in the volatile world of underground sports in the adrenaline-pumping trailer of Aditya Datt’s action thriller Crakk – Jeetega Toh Jiyegaa, dropped by the makers on Friday.
The two-minute-twenty-one-second-long video, packed with high-octane action scenes, also features Amy Jackson and Nora Fatehi.
The video opens with Jammwal’s character promising his brother that they would triumph over all other contestants at Maidaan, a fictional landscape hosting an illegal game with life-threatening challenges. The camera then pans to Arjun who urges the contestants to pledge their unwavering loyalty to the game.
The subsequent clips show Vidyut romancing Nora, who plays an influencer from Maidaan. The ambience soon turns volatile as the trailer overflows with fight scenes and deadly stunts. One of the clips shows wild dogs rushing out of their entrapment to pursue contestants in a challenge aimed at testing their prowess.
The mysterious death of Vidyut’s brother at Maidaan leaves him looking for answers and he challenges Arjun to a game where survival hinges solely on victory.
Produced by Vidyut and Abbas Sayyed under the banner of Action Hero Films, Crakk – Jeetega Toh Jiyegaa is penned by Datt. The film marks the second collaboration between Jammwal and Datt after Commando 3 (2019).
Crakk – Jeetega Toh Jiyegaa is slated to hit theatres on February 23.
