Actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu’s father Joseph Prabhu has passed away, she said on social media on Friday, sharing a note in remembrance.
“Until we meet again Dad,” the 37-year-old actress wrote on her Instagram story.
According to media reports, Samantha recently opened up about her “strained” relationship with her father, sharing how she had to fight with the latter for validation.
Actor Tejja Sajja shared a supportive message for Samantha in a tweet. “May you find peace in the memories you shared with your Father. My deepest sympathies to you and your family members dear @Samanthaprabhu2 garu,” he wrote.
