The episode kicked off with Jin preparing for his adventure by packing essentials in his hotel room. As the episode unfolded, he delighted fans with numerous lighthearted moments, including his playful struggles with the microphone and camera. Soon, he embarked on his hike, where the team had planned engaging challenges.

Jin started his trek at 5:50am, which initially seemed effortless for the recently discharged soldier. However, he encountered numerous obstacles as he progressed, particularly upon entering the challenging ‘Red Zone’. One task required him to collect congratulatory messages from five strangers in exchange for a special lunch reward.

For another task, the Astronaut singer welcomed South Korean chef Baek Jung-won and they played a special game, Guess Where Am I. At the end of the episode, he indulged in a well-deserved celebration, savouring Jari Mulhwe (South Korean dish) with the staff.

The preview of the next episode sparked more excitement, revealing Jin's adventures, including a visit to a high school where he'll engage with students in a thrilling challenge, and more. New episodes of Run Jin will stream every Tuesday on YouTube.

The other members of the band— RM, J-Hope, Suga, Jimin, V and Jungkook — are still serving in the army. The band is likely to make a comeback in 2025.
