With the fourth and final season of DC’s superhero series Titans to Indian web show Lust Stories 2 about to arrive on Netflix India this month, the streamer has shared its upcoming content slate for the rest of June.
On Thursday late night, Netflix India shared an image of the release date of the films and shows that are coming to the platform in June. “Extracting a killer watchlist filled with mind-bending mysteries, fireworks and sweet treats 🍿✨ What are you watching this June? 👀,” it wrote in the caption.
Chris Hemsworth returns as Tyler Rake in the second instalment of the action thriller film franchise Extraction on June 16. Helmed by Sam Hargrave, the film also stars Idris Elba, Golshifteh Farahani, Adam Bessa, Olga Kurylenko, Daniel Bernhardt and Tinatin Dalakishvili. On the same date, American slasher series
Scream will also make it to the streamer.
Greek director Argyris Papadimitropoulos’s English-language romantic drama film Monday will also debut on June 16. Starring Sebastian Stan and Denise Gough in lead roles, the film was originally released in 2020.
Netflix’s upcoming reality TV series Social Currency will be streaming on the platform on June 22. Directed by Fazila Allana, Kamna Menezes, Sanvari Alagh Nair, Meghana Badola and Chad Greulach, the show features eight social media influencers vying for the title of ultimate influencer. Inspired by the classic King Kong story, the upcoming animated series Skull Island will arrive on Netflix on the same date.
Netflix’s documentary series Catching Killer Season 3 is coming on June 23 with all new cases of serial killing and brutal murders.
American romantic comedy film The Perfect Find, starring Gabrielle Union, Keith Powers, Aisha Hinds, D. B. Woodside, La La Anthony and Gina Torres, will arrive on the streamer on June 23. Helmed by Numa Perrier, it is based on the book of the same name by Tia Williams.
The Malayalam-language romantic comedy film Thrishanku will arrive on Netflix on June 23. Written and directed by Achyuth Vinayak, it stars Anna Benn, Arjun Ashokan, Suresh Krishna, Zarin Shihab, Nandhu, Fahim Safar and Shiva Hariharan.
