The makers of the upcoming Siddharth Anand-helmed film Fighter posted a behind-the-scenes video of Deepika Padukone on the occasion of her 38th birthday on Friday.

Viacom 18 posted the montage video of the actress from the sets of Fighter on social media. “Fearless, fiery with a heart of a #Fighter,” they described Deepika in the caption written on her birthday.

The 47-second video offers glimpses of Deepika’s Squadron Leader Minal Rathore in the film. The video kicks off with a close-up shot of “beautiful” Deepika before transitioning to her dancing for the song Sher Khul Gaye, which was released in December.

Glimpses of the actress in a silver two-piece and a pink-and-silver one-piece show the two beach-ready looks that she sported in the song Ishq Jaisa Kuch. While the “sassy” actress can be seen goofily dancing for the camera in between shots as well, Deepika is also shown having a to-and-fro with Siddharth in the clip.

Along with the glamorous looks that Deepika sports in the film, the BTS also shows the actress in her fighter pilot uniform.

Dubbed India’s first aerial action thriller, Fighter also stars Hrithik Roshan and Anil Kapoor. The first week of December saw the release of the film’s teaser, followed by the two songs Sher Khul Gaye and Ishq Jaisa Kuch featuring Deepika and Hrithik.

Initially set to release in 2022, Fighter will finally hit theatres on January 25, ahead of the Republic Day weekend and on the exact date Siddharth’s last film Pathaan, starring Shah Rukh Khan, had been released last year.
