Streaming platform JioCinema has offered a sneak peek at the 12 Bigg Boss OTT Season 2 contestants without unveiling their names, prompting speculations about who the final contestants would be for the Salman Khan-hosted reality show.
A video clip, streaming on the platform from Tuesday 7pm, gives a short description of all the contestants along with a nickname assigned to each one of them. The aliases for the contestants are Goat, Drama Queen, Astro Baby, Superstar and Breaking News, challenging the audience to guess their real identities.
“These film sets are my world, and I am the hero here,” the first contestant ‘Hero No. 1’ said. “I have performed a lot of action stunts, and have had a share of drama… We’ll meet soon at the Bigg Boss House,” he added.
The second contestant, a digital content creator wearing a face mask to hide his identity, shared with the viewers his journey as a YouTuber so far. His alias in the video ‘Insaan’ leads us to believe it could be Abhishek Malhan aka Fukra Insaan.
The third contestant ‘Teekhi Puri’ claimed that she rules the hearts of the audience. She warned her fellow contestants, “They don’t know what they are signing up for.” The word ‘Puri’ in the name suggests she could be model-turned actress Akanksha Puri.
The next contestant was named ‘Breaking News’. She claimed her identity so far was that of a celebrity wife and she was in Bigg Boss OTT to share the story of her troubled marriage. This contestant could be Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s estranged wife Aaliya.
The fifth contestant, named ‘Astro Baby’,was seen checking out the photos of her fellow contestants and predicting how cordial their relationship would be in the Bigg Boss House.
While the video showed the next housemate, named ‘GOAT’, enacting a funny banter between a husband and wife, using only his fingers, the familiar voice was a giveaway of his identity. Actor-comedian Cyrus Broacha is also likely to enter the Bigg Boss house soon.
‘Womaniya’, the seventh contestant, claimed she is an actor-dancer who lives life on her own terms. The mysterious lady said she is famous for the spirited fight she put up for her brother. The eighth contestant was a model from Dubai. Named ‘Habibi’ he said he is excited to be part of Bigg Boss OTT and “it’s a dream come true” for him.
The ninth contestant, ‘Heroine’, was seen getting ready for a shot. “Playing different characters on screen has been my dream and I have fulfilled it on my own terms. Everything is black or white for me; there are no shades of gray… This is who I am. Take it or leave it,” she said.
‘One Piece’, the tenth contestant, was dressed in a ghagra choli. “I am in Bigg Boss to make everyone go crazy about me,” she said as the song Bachke Rehna Re played in the background.
The next contestant was a social media influencer. Named ‘Superstar’, he gave the viewers a tour of his room. “I became famous all over India by making videos from this room,” he said. His voice, and the alias, suggest this contestant could be Puneet Superstar.
The twelfth contestant, named ‘Drama Queen’, was seen playing with her pet in the video. “If I don’t get my coffee, I’ll flip. Will there be cute guys in the Bigg Boss House?” she wondered.
JioCinema also shared a poster on Instagram, offering a glimpse of the housemates.

Bigg Boss OTT Season 2 has already generated significant buzz, with Salman Khan taking on the role of the host. The exhilarating BB Anthem Lagi Bagi has also gone viral.
