Altercations, injuries and stripping of a much-coveted privilege sparked tension among the housemates of Bigg Boss OTT 3 in the latest episode of the Anil Kapoor-hosted reality show on Friday.

Poulomi Das and Shivani Kumari got involved in a spat involving a task that required them to reach a wishing well set up in the activity area. The conflict began when Shivani pushed Poulomi as they were running towards the activity area, causing the latter to fall and injure herself. Accusations flew like arrows and slings with Poulomi, visibly in pain, accusing Shivani of pushing her. Later, Poulomi was later taken to the medical room for treatment.

Following the task, Bigg Boss said the wishing well was unhappy with the performance of the contestants. He instructed the housemates to choose two individuals for punishment. Ranvir Shorey and Shivani Kumari were selected by the majority. Their punishment involved holding their ears, circling a table in the living area and apologising to their fellow housemates. While Ranvir completed the task sportingly, Shivani refused to finish it, asking Bigg Boss for a different task and throwing up a tantrum, which resulted in a fainting fit.

But not everybody was taken in by Shivani’s condition and dubbed her actions as mere drama. Armaan Malik and his wives Payal and Kritika were not impressed with what Shivani had been doing. Armaan even told Payal that Shivani was putting on a performance just because she couldn’t handle failure. He also quipped that the contestant had a habit of resorting to crying and fainting to attract attention.

In another surprising twist, Bigg Boss revoked Sana Sultan's position as Janta Ka Agent, stripping her of the special privilege associated with the role and making her vulnerable to eviction as she is nominated this week. Sai Ketan Rao has been appointed as the new Janta Ka Agent, taking over Sana’s responsibilities.
