YouTuber Elvish Yadav, actress Aashika Bhatia, TV actor Avinash Sachdev, model Jad Hadid, and actresses Jiya Shankar and Falaq Naaz were nominated for eviction this week on the Salman Khan-hosted reality show Bigg Boss OTT 2, streaming on JioCinema.

During the nomination task 'Bhookha Sher', a giant setup of a tiger with its mouth wide open was placed in the activity area. The fate of a member in this challenge depended on the others, as each contestant was given a locket featuring the image of a fellow housemate. Those with assigned lockets could come forward one by one in six rounds and feed the 'Bhookha Sher' with the locket of their choice to nominate a contestant.

The pairings for this task were as follows: Bebika Dhurve was given Pooja Bhatt's picture while Pooja had Bebika's picture. Jad got a locket with Jiya's picture, Falaq had Elvish's picture, Avinash had Aashika's picture, Aashika got Jad's picture, Jiya had Abhishek Malhan's picture, Abhishek received Falaq's picture, and Elvish got Avinash's picture.

Manisha, being the captain of the house, was safe from the nomination process.

In the first round, Falaq nominated Elvish, stating that he seemed confused in the game and often crossed the line during arguments. In the second round, Avinash nominated Aashika arguing that she appears lost and weak in tasks. This leads to a spat between the duo.

During the third round, Elvish nominated Avinash, claiming that the latter was becoming the third wheel in his connection with Falaq. In the fourth round, Aashika nominated Jad, advising him to take the game more seriously. Bebika chimed in to say that Jad needs to stop being diplomatic.

In the next round, Jad nominated Jiya, mentioning that he was hurt by her choosing others over him at times. He also assured her that their equation won't change after this decision. Finally, in the sixth and last round, Abhishek nominated Falaq, citing the reason that she prioritises other contestants over herself.

After the task, Jad checked in on Jiya and enquired about her feelings regarding the nomination. The Ved actress said she was surprised by his move. In turn, Jad said that he too was taken aback many times by Jiya's reactions in certain situations in the past. Jiya accused Jad of taking revenge but he denied it, adding that several people in the house have their own issues to deal with.
