The latest episode of Bigg Boss 18 delivered an emotional rollercoaster with actress Alice Kaushik getting evicted from the house. The announcement by host Salman Khan left her fellow housemates stunned, with her close friends, Avinash Mishra and Eisha Singh, breaking down in tears.
The announcement of Alice’s eviction hit Eisha hard, prompting her to retreat to her room in tears. Before Alice’s departure, an emotional Eisha hugged her tightly. Avinash, visibly distraught, initially refused to accept Alice’s eviction. However, Alice consoled him, sharing a heartfelt embrace. Eisha soon joined them, creating a poignant moment of camaraderie between the trio.
Before leaving, Alice also shared a warm hug with Vivian Dsena, the fourth member of the group.
Interestingly, on the grand premiere night of Bigg Boss 18, Alice and Vivian were introduced as the two finalists of the season — a prediction Bigg Boss made in keeping with the theme of Time Ka Taandav. Over her time in the house, Alice developed close ties with Eisha, Avinash, and Vivian.
Adding to the emotional tone of the episode was the appearance of former Bigg Boss 11 runner-up Hina Khan. The actress, currently battling stage three breast cancer, was warmly welcomed by Salman Khan, who referred to her as “Sher Khan” in recognition of her strength and resilience.
Hina later entered the house, offering the contestants a reality check and sharing her insights into their ongoing dynamics. During her interaction with the contestants, Hina Khan conducted a task where housemates were asked to identify the weakest link from their rival group. Avinash named Karan Veer Mehra, criticising his unclear relationships with fellow contestants. He specifically pointed to Karan’s bond with Shilpa Shirodkar, accusing him of manipulating her.
Hina supported Avinash’s observation and addressed Karan directly. Referring to a past incident where Shilpa nominated Karan, she said, “What happened last week when Shilpa nominated you? Honestly, as viewers, we still don’t understand the reasons. Friends don’t nominate each other.”
She continued, “There’s something called dignity on national television. A friend who values you so much ends up nominating you, and you could have been evicted. That’s not a small matter. When your own friend stabs you in the back, naturally, questions arise about your equation with Shilpa. And that’s because you don’t take a stand.”
