Salman Khan gave a piece of his mind to Vicky Jain and Ankita Lokhande in the latest Weekend Ka Vaar episode of Bigg Boss 17 during his effort to address the misunderstandings between the married couple.

Salman began by asking Ankita whose decision it was to enter the Bigg Boss house. Ankita revealed that the makers had approached her first, and they decided to participate as a couple. However, she expressed her dissatisfaction with her performance in the game and her inability to focus, citing the ongoing conflict with Vicky.

Salman then disclosed that Vicky had advised Khanzaadi to argue with Ankita, a revelation that surprised Ankita. Vicky tried to clarify, stating that his intention was to encourage them to resolve their issues independently. However, Salman asserted that as a husband, he should support his wife when she has problems with someone.

Later in the episode, Vicky attempted to mend fences with Ankita but they struggled to understand each other's perspectives. Despite Ankita's efforts to explain her viewpoint, Vicky seemed unable to grasp her concerns, leading to another argument. Ultimately, Ankita declared her intention to play her individual game, emphasising the need for Vicky to communicate with her before discussing matters with others to prevent misunderstandings.

During his interactions with the housemates, Salman also took Abhishek Kumar to task for calling Mannara Chopra “duplicate Parineeti”. Mannara stated that she wanted to be known for herself and not merely as a relative of a famous personality, following which Salman sternly admonished Abhishek for his actions.
