Popular Indian reality show Bigg Boss is set to return for its 17th season, announced Colors TV, the network airing the show, sharing a teaser of the upcoming season on Thursday on social media.

"Iss baar Bigg Boss dikhaayenge ek alag rang, jisse dekhkar reh jaayenge aap sab dang. 🤯 Dekhiye #BiggBoss17 jald hi, sirf #Colors par,” Colors TV wrote on X along with the video of the teaser.

The makers have, however, kept the launch date of the Salman Khan-hosted reality show under wraps for now.

The 25-second-long teaser opens with Salman Khan walking into the frame, announcing that the viewers will witness not just one but three avatars of the enigmatic Bigg Boss himself in the upcoming season.

The teaser then unfolds to reveal these three avatars. At first, Salman appears in a pink kurta-pyjama and opens the door to a room adorned with pink lights and heart-shaped leaves, unveiling the first avatar as Dil (heart).

Salman then opens the second door, sporting a black shirt, grey trousers, a cowboy hat and funky glasses. He informs the viewers that the second avatar is Dimag (brain). In his final avatar, Salman dons a bullet-proof jacket, which he calls Dum (strength).

As the teaser reaches its climax, Salman Khan leaves fans hanging in suspense, stating, “Abhi ke liye itna hi, promo hua khatam” (This is all for now. The promo has ended).

Salman had recently hosted the second season of Bigg Boss OTT on JioCinema. The show was won by popular YouTuber Elvish Yadav.
