Bholaa Shankar trailer: Chiranjeevi goes into action mode to take on human trafficking syndicate single-handedly

RRR actor Ram Charan launched the trailer of the Meher Ramesh directorial, which also features Keerthy Suresh, Tamannaah Bhatia and Sushanth

Chiranjeevi goes into action mode as he takes on a human trafficking syndicate kidnapping girls in Kolkata in the trailer of the Telugu-language film Bholaa Shankar.

The two-minute-25-second-long trailer begins with a montage of goons kidnapping girls in Kolkata, followed by the introduction of Chiranjeevi’s titular character who beats up local goons. There is also a dance sequence of Charnjeevi and Keerthy Suresh during Durga Puja along with glimpses of Bholaa taking on thugs with a slick katana sword.

We also get to see Tamannaah, who plays a lawyer and Bholaa’s love interest, and Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo actor Sushant expressing his love for Keerthy Suresh. The clip also shows the kingpin of the human trafficking syndicate whom Bholaa wants to finish.

RRR actor Ram Charan, who is also Chiranjeevi’s son, launched the trailer on Twitter on Thursday. “Happy to Release the Trailer of #BholaaShankar 🔱 Our Mega Star @KChiruTweets in his best forte in @MeherRamesh Stylish Mass Presentation!! Can't wait to witness his energy on the big screen on August 11th 🔥 Best wishes to the entire team 😊,” he wrote in the caption.

Bholaa Shankar will arrive in cinemas on August 11. Helmed by Billa (2009) director Meher Ramesh, the movie also features Raghu Babu, Murali Sharma, Ravi Shankar, Vennela Kishore, Tulasi, Sri Mukhi, Bithiri Sathi, Satya, Getup Srinu, Rashmi Gautam and Uttej.

Co-produced by Ramabrahmam Sunkara under AK Entertainments in association with K. S. Rama Rao’s Creative Commercials, Bholaa Shankar is an official remake of the Tamil film Vedalam (2015) starring Ajith Kumar.
