Bheed

T-Series on Friday unveiled the official trailer of its upcoming social drama film Bheed. Directed by Anubhav Sinha, the film stars Rajkummar Rao and Bhumi Pednekar in lead roles alongside Pankaj Kapur, Ashutosh Rana, Dia Mirza, Virendra Saxena, Aditya Shrivastava, Kritika Kamra and Karan Pandit.

The two-minute-29-second-long trailer takes us back to early 2020 when the Indian government announced a pandemic-induced nationwide lockdown. It introduces us to all the major characters of the film who are all trying to do their best at a trying time for humanity.

Bheed will arrive in cinemas on March 24.

Pop Kaun

Disney+ Hotstar on Friday dropped the official trailer of its upcoming comedy series Pop Kaun. Helmed by Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan director Farhad Samji, the show stars Saurabh Shukla, Johnny Lever, Kunal Kemmu, Chunky Pandey, Rajpal Yadav, Saurabh Shukla and Satish Kaushik in lead roles.

In the two-minute-17-second-long trailer, we see Kemmu’s character in search of his biological father to get married to the love of his life. His quest takes him to four people (Johnny Lever, Chunky Pandey, Rajpal Yadav and Satish Kaushik), all of whom claim to be his father. The makers have released the trailer as a tribute to the late Satish Kaushik, who will be seen in one of his last roles in the series.

Pop Kaun will be streaming on Disney+Hotstar from March 17.

The Night Agent

Netflix shared the official trailer of its upcoming spy action series The Night Agent on Thursday late night. Created by Shawn Ryan and based on a novel by Matthew Quirk, the series stars Gabriel Basso, Luciane Buchanan, Hong Chau, D. B. Woodside and Fola Evans-Akingbola.

The two-minute-20-second-long trailer shows how FBI Agent Peter (Basso) Sutherland gets thrown into a vast conspiracy about a mole at the White House. Peter plunges into a desperate hunt for the traitor and also has to protect Rose Larkin from assassins.

The Night Agent will be streaming on Netflix from March 23.

Red Sandal Wood

Saregama Tamil released the official teaser of its upcoming Tamil-language film Red Sandal Wood on Thursday. Written and directed by Guru Ramaanujam, the film stars Vetri, Diya Mayuri, KGF Ram, MS Baskar, Ganesh Venkat Raman and Kabali Vishvanth.

The one-minute-eight-second-long trailer shows a young man who turns to the smuggling of red sandalwood. The trailer claims that the film is based on true events.
