The second Weekend Ka Vaar on Bigg Boss OTT 2, streaming on JioCinema, saw a furious Salman Khan slamming the contestants for some of the incidents that took place in the house during the past week. He expressed strong disapproval of Jad Hadid’s kiss with Akanksha Puri and his indecent gesture towards Bebika Dhurve. Later in the episode, Akanksha became the fourth contestant to be evicted from the Bigg Boss house.

Akanksha’s elimination comes with a price

Jiya Shankar, Abhishek Malhan and Akanksha Puri were nominated for eviction this week. Even though Abhishek, the current house captain, received the most votes, Jiya and Akanksha were at risk. Salman eventually announced that Akanksha had been eliminated from the show.

While revealing his decision, Salman asked Abhishek, Jiya, and Akanksha to unanimously decide who should leave the house. However, they failed to reach a consensus. As a result of their indecisiveness, the housemates lost access to eggs, the bathroom lock, and the gym facility.

Salman flays Jad Hadid for his inappropriate behaviour

Salman confronted Jad over his kiss with Akanksha, questioning his behaviour and whether he would have acted the same way in his own country or with a woman he was familiar with. Salman also reprimanded both Jad and Akanksha for attempting to justify their actions by using their profession as an excuse, emphasising that they were not portraying fictional characters on the show.

The show host then cautioned Jad, stating, "India is a highly conservative country but also a very forgiving one. We have been forgiven by the people of this country countless times. Putting aside the kiss incident, this (Jad flashing his butt to Bebika in a fit of rage) is the real issue."

Salman also warned Jad and Akanksha that the show was not intended for such controversial acts, and if they wished to engage in such activities, they should find another show.

Salman slams Bebika for her behaviour

Salman slammed Bebika for her conduct inside the house. When Bebika tried to interrupt him, he got furious and cautioned her that he will not take her rude tone lightly like other housemates do. Salman reminded Bebika that she has two younger siblings and questioned whether this was the example she wanted to set for them.

He pointed out that her father, a respected astrologer, would not be proud of such behaviour. Salman further asked Bebika if she believed any man would be willing to marry her with her current actions. He expressed his disappointment, calling her behaviour disgraceful. In response, Bebika apologised to Salman and assured him that she would take responsibility for her actions in the house.

Salman calls out the double standards of the housemates

Salman also called out the housemates for their double standards. He said there have been numerous instances in the house where both Pooja Bhatt and Falaq Naaz questioned Abhishek's upbringing, making personal remarks about him and his family. Salman asked Falaq why she only criticised Abhishek's behaviour while ignoring Avinash Sachdev's interactions with other housemates. He pointed out that they had chosen Abhishek as an easy target while overlooking Avinash's disrespectful behaviour and mistreatment of others.
