Ram Kapoor took the internet by storm on Thursday with pictures revealing his remarkable physical transformation. The 51-year-old actor returned to social media after a long hiatus and shared photos showcasing his drastic weight loss.
“Hi guys, sorry for the slightly long absence from Insta was working on myself quite extensively,” reads the caption to a mirror selfie shared by Ram.
The Jubilee actor also shared another photo with his wife Gautami Kapoor. While Ram wears a white t-shirt and black trousers in the picture, Gautami looks gorgeous in a yellow jumpsuit.
The picture also mentions that Ram has shed 42 kgs.
Fans were quick to react to the posts. “My childhood crush just got sexy again,” wrote one social media user, while another commented, “Lovely transformation Mr.Kapoor. truly inspirational...I am a big fan of urs and Sakshi from the days of Bade Acche lagte hai.”
Ram last appeared in JioCinema’s musical drama series Khalbali Records. He is expected to star in Jolly LLB 3 alongside Akshay Kumar and Arshad Warsi. Ram also has a yet-untitled film with Ayushmann Khurrana and two shows for Disney+ Hotstar in the pipeline.
On the other hand, Gautami is reportedly involved in multiple upcoming OTT shows.
Ram and Gautami tied the knot on February 14, 2003. The couple have two children.
Ram and Gautami also shared screen space in the Ekta Kapoor-backed series Ghar Ek Mandir, which aired on Sony TV from April 24, 2000 to January 10, 2002.
