Ayushmann Khurrana has inked a global recording deal with Warner Music India to reach out to an international audience, the music entertainment company announced on Wednesday.
“Ayushmann Khurrana has signed a global recording deal with Warner Music India, the country’s leading music label, to take his sound to a global audience,” Warner Music wrote on Instagram alongside a picture featuring Ayushmann with Warner Music India MD Jay Mehta and other representatives of the company.
Warner Music also mentioned how Ayushmann has left a lasting impression not only in the world of acting but also in the music industry. “Ayushmann falls in the rare breed of actor-artistes in the world who have left a mark not only with his blockbuster forward-thinking films but has also disrupted the music space with massive hit songs,” the music entertainment company wrote.
Ayushmann’s music will reach audiences all over the world through this creative partnership, Warner Music further mentioned, adding that the Dream Girl 2 actor’s new release will be dropping this month.
Sharing the news with his fans on X, Ayushmann wrote, “Elated to share that I've partnered with @WarnerMusicIN, India's premier music label for a global recording deal, to bring my sound to a global audience.”
The actor-singer also mentioned how the partnership would enable him to reach audiences worldwide. “As an actor and artiste, I strive to break boundaries, and this partnership allows me to do just that by reaching audiences and collaborating with artistes worldwide,” the Vicky Donor actor signed off.
Ayushmann is known for his songs Mere Liye Tum Kaafi Ho, Mitti Di Khushboo, Paani Da Rang and Saadi Galli Aaja. The actor last appeared in Dream Girl 2 alongside Ananya Panday.
