Hollywood veteran Arnold Schwarzenegger is set to star in an action thriller movie, titled "Breakout".
The film comes from director Scott Waugh, known for movies such as "Act of Valor" and "Need for Speed", reported entertainment news outlet Variety.
Schwarzenegger will essay the role of Terry Reynolds, whose stepson is framed and sentenced to serve 25 years in a foreign country. He makes it his mission to break him out of jail.
Terry will have to dodge prison wardens and the race of time if he wants to aid his stepsons flee from the country.
“Breakout” serves as Schwarzenegger’s return to action films since the blockbuster franchise installment “Terminator: Dark Fate”. He is set to make his series debut with Netflix's “Fubar”, which will release in May.
Waugh is currently working on "Expendables 4", the fourth chapter in Sylvester Stallone-led "Expendables" franchise.
