Hollywood actor Arnold Schwarzenegger has thanked fans for the positive response to the final episode of his Netflix series FUBAR’s first season, calling it his favourite episode that sets the tone for the next season of the action comedy.
In a video shared on Instagram on Monday, the 75-year-old action icon asked fans which episode they liked the most. The video shows Schwarzenegger sitting under the shadow of a yellow umbrella and talking directly to the camera with ‘No Spoiler’ flashing over his head.
“Thank you for the great response, I mean my fans are absolutely fantastic. It was really interesting how many of the fans loved the last episode. Because the interesting thing is, it is also my favourite episode and I don’t want to give it away . But there is some really wild stuff on and it really sets it up for the next season. So, I would actually like to know from all of my fans, what is your favourite episode? Let me know. Bye. Hasta la vista, baby,” he says in the video.
“Everyone keeps telling me their favorite episode of FUBAR is episode 8, and it’s mine too. I can’t say why without ruining it, but what’s your favorite episode?” Schwarzenegger wrote alongside the video.
Dropped on Netflix on May 25, the spy action comedy follows Luke (Schwarzenegger), a highly decorated recently retired CIA spy who wants to spend time with his daughter and estranged wife but is forced to get back on the field to lead a crucial mission. During the mission, he and his daughter Emma (Monica Barbaro) get to know that the two of them have been secretly working for the CIA and their entire relationship has been based on lies. Forced to team up, the two get to know each other better as they battle enemies and solve mysteries.
Created by Scorpion helmer Nick Santora, FUBAR also stars Milan Carter, Fortune Feimster, Travis Van Winkle, Jay Baruchel, Andy Buckley, Aparna Brielle, Barbara Eve Harris, Fabiana Udenio and Gabriel Luna.
