AP Dhillon to collaborate with Salman Khan and Sanjay Dutt for next project Old Money

The musician dropped a teaser for Old Money on Friday

Indo-Canadian singer-rapper AP Dhillon has collaborated with actors Salman Khan and Sanjay Dutt for a new project titled Old Money, he announced on Friday, sharing a teaser on Instagram.

“I know you didn’t see this one coming,” wrote the 31-year-old musician.

The video was re-shared by Salman on his Instagram stories. “Singer toh tha he acha, ab AP as an actor (He was already a good singer. Now AP is set to shine as an actor). Bring it on singing action star,” read Salman’s caption to the post.

Sanjay Dutt wrote “Brothers” in the comments section of Dhillon’s post.

Old Money is slated to drop in August. Salman and Sanjay had previously collaborated in films like Chal Mere Bhai (2000), Saajan (1991), Dus (2005) and Son of Sardaar (2012).

Salman will next appear in A.R. Murugadoss’ upcoming film Sikandar alongside Rashmika Mandanna, Trisha Krishnan and Sonakshi Sinha. Sikandar is scheduled to hit theatres on Eid 2025.

Sanjay, on the other hand, has Prem’s KD - The Devil, Tarun Mansukhani’s Housefull 5 and Binnoy K Gandhi’s Ghudchadi in the pipeline. Additionally, the actor has teamed up with Ranveer Singh, R. Madhavan, Akshaye Khanna and Arjun Rampal for a new film helmed by Aditya Dhar.

Known for chartbusters like Summer High, Brown Munde, Scars and Real talk, Dhillon collaborated with Amazon Prime Video in 2022 to promote The Boys Season 3, featuring an exclusive version of his song Insane in the trailer. A documentary about Dhillon's life, titled AP Dhillon: First of a Kind, premiered on Prime Video last year.
