Filmmaker Srijit Mukherji ushered in the new year with two integral members of his Dawshom Awbotaar team — actor Jisshu Senguptaa and musician Anupam Roy. The trio got together at a house party with some other industry colleagues on 31st night.
Srijit shared on Instagram a video of Anupam strumming the guitar and singing Aami Shei Manushta Aar Nei from Dawshom Awbotaar, with Jisshu and his wife Nilanjanaa in the audience.
Newlywed couple Saurav Das and Darshana Banik were also present. Nilanjanaa gave a bow to Anupam and cheered him on saying, “That’s too good”, as Anupam hit the last notes of the song.
Anupam too posted a photo of himself with Srijit and Jisshu on Instagram, wearing a tee with the Aami Shei Manushta Aar Nei slogan.
Anupam had also worked with Srijit in Baishe Srabon, the sequel to Dawshom Awbotaar that released in 2011.
Director Shiboprosad Mukherjee also attended the party, and was captured sharing a candid moment with Srijit.
