Anirban Bhattacharya, who has masterfully portrayed the character of Byomkesh Bakshi, bids farewell to the Byomkesh franchise with Srijit Mukherji’s Durgo Rawhoshyo. Commenting about playing the role of Byomkesh since 2017, Anirban said: “I have played Byomkesh numerous times on screen, been the creative director also for one season but I’m delighted to end my journey of playing this iconic character of Byomkesh Bakshi, with Durgo Rawhoshyo. It will always have a special place in my heart. I really feel blessed.”
