Filmmaker SS Rajamouli and actor Mahesh Babu will attend a pre-release event for Ranbir Kapoor’s upcoming film Animal as chief guests in Hyderabad today, the makers of the Sandeep Reddy Vanga directorial have announced.
“Some might roar in streets, some might roar in certain locations, some might roar in a few places, but this man can ROAR across the globe with sheer brilliance. Our very own @ssrajamouli is the chief guest for #AnimalPreReleaseEvent,” a tweet from T-Series read on Sunday.
In another post, T-Series revealed that Mahesh Babu will also be attending the event as a chief guest. “#Animal is set to REIGN and ROAR. The Sovereign…the one who always reigns supremely, Superstar @urstrulyMahesh is attending as the Chief Guest of #AnimalPreReleaseEvent. This one’s going to make you all go berserk,” the post read.
Directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, Animal boasts an ensemble cast featuring Ranbir Kapoor, Anil Kapoor, Bobby Deol and Rashmika Mandanna in pivotal roles. The recently unveiled official trailer, spanning 3 minutes and 32 seconds, hints at a gripping narrative where Ranbir's character is portrayed as fiercely protective and obsessive about his father’s love.
Animal is scheduled to hit theaters nationwide on December 1.
