Veteran actor Amitabh Bachchan has started shooting for the fifteenth season of the popular television quiz show Kaun Banega Crorepati (KBC), the 80-year-old said on Sunday, sharing behind-the-scenes pictures of him from the sets of the show.
“T 4714 - working at it .. KBC, prep,” Bachchan wrote on Twitter alongside a picture of him getting his hair done for the shoot.
In another picture, the Sholay star can be seen rehearsing. “T 4715 - rehearsing again and again and again .. for KBC,” his tweet read.
In a separate tweet, the actor shared a black-and-white image of him in front of the iconic KBC logo. “T 4716 - KBC,” he wrote alongside the photo.
Earlier, Sony Entertainment Television, the channel on which Kaun Banega Crorepati airs, posted a teaser of the upcoming season on Instagram with the caption, “Dekhiye #KaunBanegaCrorepati, jald hi ek naye roop mein (watch the show in a new avatar).”
KBC is the official Hindi adaptation of the popular American game show Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?. It started airing on TV in the year 2000. Bachchan has been hosting KBC since its first season, with the exception of Season 3, which was hosted by actor Shah Rukh Khan. Bachchan is now set to host KBC for the 14th time.
