The new show Amar Sangi, starring Neel Bhattacharya and Shyamoupti Mudly, promises to take viewers on a journey of love, dreams and the enduring power of human connections.

Amar Sangi narrates the journey of Raj (played by Neel Bhattacharya) and Shree (played by Shyamoupti Mudly) as they navigate financial challenges and societal expectations while rediscovering their love. Raj is a charismatic, optimistic and idealistic dreamer awaiting his big break, struggling with economic realities and family expectations. Shree is grounded, practical and hardworking, holding multiple jobs to support her family while balancing Raj’s idealism. Their paths intertwine, leading to a love story and marriage despite conflicting family expectations. Financial success brings ego clashes and misunderstandings, testing their love.

Set against the backdrop of Calcutta, the story blends warmth, struggle and resilience, highlighting the pressure of societal expectations and the balance between love and ambition.
