Earlier this week, Alia Bhatt started shooting for her big action entertainer, the YRF Spy Universe film Alpha which she is headlining. We now have a visual confirming the development as Alia was snapped on the sets of the film which is being directed by Shiv Rawail, who helmed the highly-acclaimed series The Railway Men for YRF and Netflix last year.

While there was initially some speculation that this could be one of Alia's looks from the film, sources close to the production have negated the rumour. Alia, who plays a super spy in Alpha, was clicked from afar while she was walking into the heavily guarded set.

The name announcement teaser of Alpha, dropped recently, has piqued a lot of interest. The first female-led film in the YRF Spy Universe has Sharvari, who is currently experiencing a high in her career, joining Alia. The other film currently in production from the YRF Spy Universe is War 2, starring Hrithik Roshan, Kiara Advani and Jr NTR.
