Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna-starrer Pushpa: The Rise will release in theatres across Russia on December 8 and the lead actors, along with the team, are in Moscow to promote the release of the film.

Before the official release, the movie will have a special premiere in Moscow on December 1 at the opening ceremony of the 5th Indian Film Festival, which will be held in 24 Russian cities. It’ll also be shown in St. Petersburg on December 3 as part of that festival.

Taking to social media, the makers shared happy pictures of the Pushpa team on their first day of promotions. “Happy faces at the Day 1 of promotions in Moscow,” the caption said.

Directed by Sukumar, Pushpa: The Rise follows the life of Pushpa, a common labourer who rises in the world of red sandalwood smuggling. However, violence erupts when the police attempt to bring down his illegal business.
