Actress-producer Alia Bhatt on Monday stunned in a metallic corset designed by couturier Gaurav Gupta at this year’s Paris Fashion Week. She was accompanied by American actress Andie MacDowell during the show for French cosmetics giant L’Oréal Paris. Here’s a look at some of her photos from the event.
Alia, who was recently named L’Oréal Paris’ new global ambassador, walked the ramp as part of the brand’s Walk Your Worth show. She radiated elegance, confidence and charm as she made her way down the runway. During her Paris Fashion Week debut, Alia waved to the audience and gave them flying kisses.
Alia wore a bespoke corset featuring a swan's head and the body of a serpent, according to designer Gaurav Gupta. She paired the silver bustier with black sharara trousers. Shimmery eyes and nude lips perfectly complemented her chic look.
A hint of pink on the cheeks and chunky rectangular hoops enhanced Alia’s glamour quotient. The 31-year-old actress also serves as a global ambassador for Gucci.
Alia wore her hair down to complement her look. “A night to uplift, embrace and inspire, because we’re all #WorthIt,” she wrote. The actress made her Hollywood debut in August last year with Tom Harper’s Netflix spy action thriller Heart of Stone.
Alia embraced MacDowell as they strutted down the runway together. Known for movies like Magic Mike XXL (2015), The Last Laugh (2019), Ready or Not (2019), The Other Zoey (2024) and Red Right Hand (2024), MacDowell looked gorgeous in an embellished white gown.
Ananya Panday and Navya Naveli Nanda reacted to Alia’s post. “You look amazing. And yes, you’re all definitely worth it,” commented Alia’s mother, actress-director Soni Razdan.
The fashion gala was also attended by L’Oréal Paris’ long-time ambassador Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Suicide Squad actress Cara Delevingne, Flamin' Hot helmer Eva Longoria and Bridgerton star Simone Ashley among other celebrities. Paris Fashion Week 2024, which kicked off on September 23, is scheduled to end on October 1.
On the work front, Alia will soon be seen in Vasan Bala’s Jigra alongside Vedang Raina. The National Award-winning actress will also headline YRF Spy Universe’s first female-led film Alpha. Additionally, Alia has Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Love & War in the pipeline.
