Alia Bhatt shares unseen picture with Ranbir Kapoor on second wedding anniversary

Actress-producer Alia Bhatt wished her husband Ranbir Kapoor on their second anniversary on April 14 by sharing an unseen picture with the Animal star, who isn’t active on social media.

“Happy 2. here’s to us my love…today & many many years from today,” the actress wrote on Instagram, alongside a picture of the couple set to the song Married Life from the 2009 animated comedy-drama film Up. The carousel also featured a still from the same animated film.

The photograph appears to have been taken on the day of their post-wedding bash. While Alia is looking gorgeous in a sleeveless dress, Ranbir is nattily dressed in a black suit.

Ranbir’s cousins Kareena Kapoor Khan and Karisma Kapoor extended their best wishes to the couple on their special day. Karan Johar, Ayushmann Khurrana and Bhagyashree were among the other Bollywood celebrities who wished Alia and Ranbir in the comments section of the post.

Ranbir’s mother Neetu Kapoor also took to Instagram to wish the couple on their second wedding anniversary. “Blessings,” the Jugjugg Jeeyo actress wrote, sharing Alia and Ranbir’s photo on her Instagram stories.

Alia’s mother Soni Razdan shared a picture of Alia and Ranbir from their wedding day to mark their second anniversary. “Happiest Anniversary Darlings,” she wrote on her Instagram stories.

Alia tied the knot with Ranbir in Mumbai on April 14, 2022. The couple welcomed their daughter Raha on November 6 that year.

On the work front, Alia will soon be seen in Vasan Bala’s upcoming thriller Jigra alongside Vedang Raina.

Ranbir is all set to essay the role of Aziz in Animal Park, the sequel to Sandeep Reddy Vanga's Animal, which is yet to go on floors. The actor is also gearing up for Nitesh Tiwari's Ramayana. Ranbir will reportedly share screen space with Sai Pallavi, Yash and Sunny Deol in the mythological drama.
