Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff-starrer Bade Miyan Chote Miyan’s first teaser will drop on January 24, two months ahead of its theatrical release in April, the actors announced on Saturday, sharing a new poster of the film.
In the poster, Akshay and Tiger can be seen wielding guns against the backdrop of what appears to be a fierce battlefield. The poster carries an ominous message, "The world is about to end and our heroes will rise," setting the tone for an adrenaline-pumping actioner.
"Back at doing our favourite thing on the big screen – ACTION #BadeMiyanChoteMiyanTeaser out on 24th January 2024," Akshay and Tiger wrote in a joint post on Instagram. The poster revealed that the film will be released on Eid this year.
Directed by Ali Abbas Zafar and produced by Pooja Entertainment and AAZ Films, Bade Miyan Chote Miyan also features Prithviraj Sukumaran, who gained widespread popularity for his recent role in Salaar: Part 1 — Ceasefire.
The original Bade Miyan Chote Miyan, directed by David Dhawan, featured Amitabh Bachchan and Govinda in the lead roles and was released in 1998. The new iteration, announced in February 2023, promises to deliver a fresh take on the classic.
