Clocking almost three minutes, the trailer introduces us to bank employee Raktim Majumdar (Shilajit Majumder) and his wife Parna (Rituparna Sengupta). The story unfolds when Raktim loses his job, forcing Parna to take up a job in an investment firm. The family dynamics change when Prosen (Prosenjit Chatterjee), Parna’s past lover, comes into their life.

Alongside Prosenjit, Rituparna and Shilajit, Ajogyo also features Lily Chakraborty, Ambarish Bhattacharya and Sudip Mukherjee in key roles.

Earlier this week, the first song from Ajogyo titled Tui Amar Hobi Na was released by the makers. Ranajoy Bhattacharjee has written and composed the number sung by Shreya Ghoshal.

Prosenjit and Rituparna had previously worked together in Kaushik Ganguly’s 2018 film Drishtikone. Prosenjit’s latest screen outing was Srijit Mukherji’s Dawshom Awbotaar (2023), while Rituparna last appeared in Pathikrit Basu’s Dabaru, which hit the screens earlier this month.
