Ajay Devgn, Tabu, Jimmy Shergill, Shantanu Maheshwari and Saiee Manjrekar attended the trailer launch event of Neeraj Pandey’s upcoming romance drama Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha on Thursday in Mumbai. Here’s a look at some moments from the event.
While Ajay wore a black crocheted cardigan over a white t-shirt and black trousers, Tabu dazzled in a yellow kurta and sharara set. The duo play star-crossed lovers in the upcoming film, where Ajay's character Krishna is imprisoned for 22 years for two murders and Tabu's character marries another man, Abhijeet (Jimmy Shergill), presumably against her will.
Shantanu paired a black-and-white striped-and-checkered shirt with beige trousers. Saiee, of Dabangg 3 fame, turned heads in a blue ruched column gown. In Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha, Shantanu and Saiee play the younger versions of Ajay and Tabu.
Music composer M.M. Kreem and director Neeraj Pandey were also present at the trailer launch event.
Jimmy opted for a casual look — a grey hoodie t-shirt paired with black trousers. Quirky wayfarers complemented his outfit.
Jimmy, Saiee, Shantanu, Tabu and Ajay posed for a group picture. Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha is slated to arrive in cinemas on July 5.
